All 8 nos. horizontal supports are 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm (18 gauge) thick shall be CRCA tube. Rectangular tube 50 x 25 x 1.2mm(18 gauge) thick and the back pipe dia. 25.4 x 1.2mm should be closed with ppcp caps at both the ends. OEM will ensure that there should be no rough surface/sharp edges at the closed ends. Front panel and tray shall be made of prime quality0.8mm thick (21 gauge) CRCA sheet. Front panel should be of H150mm and width should be appropriate to the size of the worktop .Front Face must be embossed. Tray/shelf should be with 250mm-300mmD . There shall be no sharp edge. One vertical support (partition) of square tube size 25mm square x 1.2mmthickmust be provided at center of tray. The additional front panel should be prime quality 0.8mm (21 gauge) thick CRCA sheet of size Height150mm & width should be appropriate to the size of the work top. This should be properly perforated. Desktop, seat and back shall be made of, an overall 18mm thick panel made of PLPB edges must be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot melt glue standard „D4499 Jowatherm -280‟ on through feed edge banding machine. Edge band must be trimmed on edges and corner, for Sizes as below:- 1. Seat W 1066mm X D 300mm. 2. Desktop W 1066mm x D 380mm 3. Back 1066mm x D150 mm Hooks made of MS wire dia. 5mm and size W 23mm, D 25mm and H80mm must be provided on inner side of vertical pressed formed steel section on both sides. 1. All Pipes shall be of ERW-1, IS: 7138 and CRCA sheet, IS-513 CR-2 Designation- Grade D 2. All MS. CRCA parts must be MIG, TIG welded as per technical requirements. The welding should be continuous and smooth without leaving any sore holes. (h) All steel components must be powder coated process should be conveyed continues flow to oven and temperature control in oven with thermostatic system. The thickness of desk should be minimum 50 microns dry film thickness (DFT) after minimum 7 tank pre-treatment process flow. (i) Nylon virgin material Shoes of approved quality must be providing in the bottom of frame - 4 nos.Read Less
